I am a team leader in PropNex and in the largest team in Singapore - Powerful Negotiators Group (PNG).

I have groomed many brand new RES to become consistent top performers in PropNex within a short period of time and also helped experienced agent to increase their income by more than double.

In 2010, I Left My Corporate Accounting Job To Embark On A New Journey To Seek Out My Place In The Self-Employed Business Quadrant. I Asked Myself, " With No Prior Experience At All In Business And Sales, What Can I Do ?"

I decided that being a real estate agent is the best business as it requires the least start-up capital and least fixed overheads costs.

My first agency was a small agency and within a span of 2 years, I became one of the top 10 agents over there. However, I was hungry for more and to raise the bar for myself. I wanted to be part of a bigger pond, a bigger professional network, a bigger vision. I joined PropNex in 2012.

Today, I am a team leader in PropNex and trainer in the largest team in Singapore - Powerful Negotiators Group (PNG). I had also groomed many brand new RES to become consistent top producers in PropNex within a short period of time and also experienced RES from about $60K commission a year to achieve a breakthrough of close to $400K commission in a year.

I believe that the energy of a young group of agents is important as we are still in the wealth-building phase and actively influencing one another to achieve more for ourselves. When we see another team mate achieve a target in the current market conditions, we know that we can do it too ! We share our experiences and learn from one another so that we can shorten our learning curve. Our culture is progressive and dynamic and we believe in recruiting similar-minded people who want to achieve more in their lives.
